Whitney made this experience extremely disappointing and honestly ruined my daughterโs birthday party. First, I had to pay for the party twice. I initially paid over the phone, and although the charge posted to my bank account, somehow it never registered with the park district. Because of that, I had to dispute the charge. To make matters worse, the park district is now trying to fight the dispute even though it was clearly a double charge situation. Before the party, I spoke with Whitney and was informed that extending the party to 5:30 PM would not be an issue because the final party slot was from 3:30โ5:30 PM. The hosting itself was extremely disorganized. The kids did not begin playing games until nearly 4 PM, despite the party already being underway, and they were supposed to eat at 4:30 PM. Later, I asked again about extending the party to 5:30 PM, and the hosts stated, โWe donโt mind.โ While I left briefly to pick up pizza, I also spoke with Crystal at the front desk, who informed me she had spoken with Olivia, the host lead, and after a meeting near the front desk, everyone confirmed everything was fine regarding the extension. When I returned with the pizza, Crystal a

I have been a member at Fort Hill Activity Center for 2 years and highly recommend to anyone young or old. For an adult, who is also a Naperville resident, the membership fee is $35 per month. This includes all of the group exercise classes, including Les Mills formats. They also offer some specialized classes for an additional fee, like TRX, but havenโt taken any of those. I regularly participate in body pump and yoga. I havenโt tried cycling classes yet, but heard they are good. There are several basketball courts that often double as pickle ball courts. There are several group exercise studios, as well as fitness areas with cardio and strength equipment. There is a walking track above the basketball courts. There is also an area for youth gymnastics programs. They do offer child care, but not sure of the hours. The only thing they donโt offer that I wish they did, is an indoor pool. It is a very nice and clean facility to workout at. Staff and members are friendly as well. Strongly suggest you check it out!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Forthill. Clean and friendly. Awesome group fitness class offerings includes everything from yoga, pilates, step, strength, zumba and other dance formats. Love the Les Mills classes! The instructors are exceptional. They care about the members. It's a super friendly environment to workout in. FORTHILL offers Les Mills BODYJAM which is only offered in a few places in the US. They also have kickboxing-BODYCOMBAT, and BODYPUMP strength classes. There is a strong Les Mills member group and they have cool quarterly events. 5 star facility!

This is one of my favorite places to take fitness classes. It is fully stocked with equipment, has great instructors and is pretty clean. I haven't taken a class in a year. Some of my favorite classes & instructors did not return when they reopened in July. I appreciate that they close for 30 minutes each day to sanitize the facility. The track is also great for walking in the winter months.
